Sigma project a Tollgate Review
is carried out after each stage of the DMAIC
sequence (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve
and Control). The project cannot continue
on to the next stage until it has passed
the tollgate review. The review is usually
carried out by the Master
Black Belt or a Quality Council.
