Sigma project, the storyboard
is a display created and maintained by the
project team that tells the story of the
project.
If possible the storyboard
should be permanently displayed. It should
be understandable by non-participants and
particularly the management. It should highlight
questions, key learnings, issues and risks.
It should evolve through each stage of the
DMAIC
sequence.
