in Six Sigma.
SIPOC stands for "Supplier Inputs Outputs
and Customers". A SIPOC Diagram is
created during the 'Define' phase of a Six
Sigma project to ensure that the Suppliers,
Inputs, Process, Outputs and Customers have
been identified and are agreed by all the
team members.
