| Attribute Agreement Analysis
is a type of Measurement
Systems Analysis used when
the characteristic is an attribute.
The difference between 'pass' and 'fail'
may not be clearcut and different appraisers
may have different opinions, or the judgement
of an individual appraiser may not be consistent.
Attribute Agreement Analysis uses Cohen's
Kappa to measure the agreement
between appraisers, within individual apprasiers
and, if applicable, agreement with an objective
standard.
