ticked the check box to obtain a chart
output:

I find the way Excel puts the
'Bin' values below the bars of
the histogram confusing. Pass
your mouse over the image to see
how I prefer it.

Make sure the chart is selected, right
click on it to show the popup menu and
left click on 'Select Data':
In the panel that appears
select the 'Edit' button under 'Horizontal
(Category) Axis Labels' and select the
range that shows the preferred values:
