much do the courses cost?
Six Sigma Primer, Primer in
Statistics, Advanced Statistics,
SPC and
Advanced
SPC cost US$190 each; DOE,
Advanced DOE and MSA courses
cost US$250
each. We also offer packages
of basic and advanced courses
- Statistics and SPC for US$290,
and DOE for US$390. All 7
courses
cost US$990 without the Six
Sigma Primer and US$1150 with
the Six Sigma Primer. |

How
much time do I have to complete
the course?
Each course takes about 30 hours
of work. You will have 4 weeks
plus one free 2-week extension
for each course. Additional 2-week
extensions can be purchased at
the cost of US$80. If you enroll
in multiple courses you will
have
12 months of elapsed time to
complete all courses. Courses
are taken
sequentially. |

What
certification will I receive?
You will receive a
certificate of completion
if
you work through over 80% of
course material. If you hold
ASQ certification like CQE
you will be able to claim
3 Recertification
Units (RUs) for each of our
courses except for Six Sigma
Primer which will entitle you
to 2 RUs.

Does
MiC Quality provide Six Sigma
Black Belt certification?
No. MiC Quality specializes
in statistics and quality
tools
used by Six Sigma Green Belts
and Black Belts. Our Primer
in Statistics and the SPC course
cover most of the tools required
by Six Sigma Green Belts. Our
courses cover most of the
statistical tools required
for ASQ SSBB exams. |

I need to purchase any books for
the course?
No. The courses are self-contained.
Once you complete the courses
we recommend books
for further study and reference. |

Will
I receive the course notes?
All courses come with free downloadable
reference booklets that contain
the summary of the material and
the key reference tables and formulas.
Enrolled students have the option
to receive the printed booklets
free of charge after the completion
of the courses. Full course notes
are available to students enrolled
in the SPC and Advanced SPC courses
at an additional charge of US$40.

do I need for the courses?
A recent browser like Microsoft
Internet Explorer or Firefox with
Flash plugin and Microsoft Excel.
In some of the advanced courses
you may also need to use Minitab.

When
can I start the course?
All courses are self-paced and
you can nominate your preferred
start date on the enrollment form.
If you would like to take advantage
of a current special you can specify
a start date for up to 12 months
in advance. |

date your access will be started
on the first Monday after enrollment,
the date shown on the course page.

methods of payment are available?
For individual students
the most common is payment by
credit card securely online.
For company licenses payment
is usually
made via a wire transfer or
a company check. We also accept
money
orders, bank checks and PayPal
via email.

do I know the payment is secure?
In the Internet Explorer
you will see a padlock picture
at the right bottom of the screen.
In Firefox you will also see a

about the course material. You

What
is your refund policy?
We will refund your payment on
request if you have not logged
into the course. We will not refund
after you have received an electronic
copy of the notes for the SPC
courses. We will allow you to
defer the course with unused access
time for up to 12 months if you
have an important reason. You
need to request deferral by email. |
