| Again,
not all on the topics of the assignment. Bushfires
are still prominent in our life. There are more photos
than usual as this is the last week. |

This happened tonight.
These hills are 12km away from our house. It was
an effort to reduce the fuel to stop fires returning
when the weather gets worse. At the beginning
it was out of control. We could hear many fire
trucks rushing towards Kinglake. Luckily the wind
went down and the backburning was brought under
control. It is a risky business when the weather
can change very quickly. |

Notice the lights below - these
are the private properties below the National
Park. They were lucky they did not see what was
going on above them. |

are dried out. The sun is orange through the smoke. |

This is most likely a burnt out
stump from 1939 bushfires. I used flash as fill
in light. |

| The horse covers most of the walker.
Should I have waited till I could see them separately
for better composition? |
